Heavenly Critters stands by all our products offered, however, we understand there are, from time to time, small issues with some products. We will meet obligations as listed under the Consumer Rights Act, and will replace or refund any product purchased that is either faulty, or not at all what was described on our website. Simply contact us soon as you can within the first few days or receiving it, and we will advise you of what you need to do, admin@heavenlycritters.co.nz Shipping costs are broken down to 3 areas of delivery, - Auckland, - North Island - and South Island. Costs and times do vary depending upon physical size of order, area of NZ and of course weight.  If a certian product you have ordered is currently out of stock we will advise you as soon as we can as to new delivery time. Generally Auckland charges will be around $4.50, North Island is around $7.50, and South Island is around $8.50 upwards - (rural delivery is not normally charged unless the weight of the parcel is extra large, this may require a small surcharge, please enquire).  This is just a guide, your order will automatically calulate the delivery in the Shopping cart, and you have the chance to cancel at that stage if you choose.
