Q: Do you accept any other payment than online with my credit card? A: Yes. Although we prefer to use the secure purchasing system of DPS, we do realise there are some people who just aren't confortable with that type of transaction. If you see something you would like to purchase, but don't want to pay by credit card, simply email us your order (in full, ie: sizes, colours, codes if they are visable) and we will email you an invoice to pay on. Once payment has been recieved we will dispatch your order. Simple as that. ** Please note, you will need to have a login on the heavenlycritters web site, to verify details. **   Q: Does it cost more to deliver to the South Island? A: Yes it does sorry. There are 3 zones you can choose from, Auckland, South Island, North Island.   Q: Where does the Auckland area start, and finish so I know what to list as my area? A: The Auckland area starts from Orewa/Helensville all the way to Pokeno/Waiuku (and everything in between). If you have any questions relating to where you think your delivery address fits in, simply email us and we will get back to you with the exact zone you should list. The Auckland area EXCLUDES rural delivery, please state this as North Island.   Q: What if you don't have what I want? A: All you need to do is email us (via Contacts Page) and let us know the description, and we'll do our very best to find it for you, order it, and add it to our web site for you to purchase, its as simple as that. Remeber to request the newsletter and we will update you as soon as new items are listed.   Q: How long will it take for my order to be delivered? A: Usually between 24 hours and 72 hours, depending upon where you live. If you are rural South Island it can take up to 72 hours. Please note there are no deliveries on Saturday and Sunday, if you place an order after lunchtime on Friday, you won't recieve your package until AFTER the weekend, sorry.   Q: Where do I measure my dog for your apparel? A: The measurements really depend upon which item of clothing or accessories you are looking at. Each manufactor has different sizes. As an example, to measure the "BACK", measure from the neck to the top of the tail, and to measure the "CHEST" measure around the widest part of the dogs chest. Also for "NECK" in some cases, this means around the neck closest to the head (some dogs have long necks). If in doubt simply email us the item you are looking at and we can advise from there.   Q: What if the items I purchase are faulty or not at all what was described? A: We stand behind all our products and the Consumer Guarantees Act, so if you recieve an item faulty or completely different to what was described and ordered, please let us know as soon as possible (sales@heavenlycritters.co.nz) and we will happily exchange or offer a full refund of your purchase price.   Q: If I want an item, but in a differnet colour or size can I order it? A: Yes, simply let us know the full description (sales@heavenlycritters.co.nz) and we will do our very best to add it to our site, ready to purchase. Remember to tick "request updates", and we will let you know as soon as new items are added. Please note some items are shipped form around the world so may take a little longer to arrive, you will be updated via email.   Q: What about your Loyalty Program, when do I get my free bag? A: With heavenlycritters.co.nz, you are entitled to a free bag of Eukanuba or Nutrience pet food, on your 10th order. Simply add to the comments field of your order, that you would like to take advantage of our Loyalty Program and we will keep records of your purchases. On your 10th order of any of our great Premium pet food, we will also send out another bag, FREE! Free bag is to be equal to the same size bag as ordered. A: Here you will find all the measurements you will need, in order to pick the right size Doggles glasses for your pooch. Sorry no, only on special requests. As the delivery is very high and in some cases it can take weeks to deliver, we have decided not to offer this as a standard request. But we will look at each case if needed. If you really want an item we have and you are happy to cover the cost of delivery and wait the time it would take, then please email me for a quote.   Q: What about your pet store? Where is it and how do I find out more about your pets for sale? A: We are stituated only 10 minutes from WestGate, and 2 minutes from Kumeu, North Auckland. We keep up to date pictures and prices on our Critters Gallery Page for you to look at. If you need to know more about any one of them, please call our shop (contacts page) and we will be happy to disucss them.   Q: How can you garentee the puppies are well rounded and sociable pets? A: Even though we can not garentee anything with animals, they are all different after all, we can confirm that we bring all our puppies home each night for a "play and run", which gives them a well rounded relationship with all the other puppies, and makes them more sociable pets for you. They are also handled a lot in the shop and we welcome you to bring your dogs and kids to meet them before any purchase.   Q: Do you have different dog clothes available that may not be listed here? A: Yes absolutely, we get new lines in all the time, keep an eye out on a regular basis for all new products. Or simply make sure the "newsletter" option is ticked in your account details, and we will let you know when we are introducing a new line or item.   Q: My boxer gets bored during the day while we are at work and I come home to find my potplants on my patio are all over the place and destroyed. Why does she do this, I know its probably boredom and loneliness and all dogs seem to love potting mix. Is there anything that can deter her or stop her doing this? A: Yes there are options to help stop your dog from destroying your plants. We have a product (under: Dogs/Other/Repellant Granules) which is used in potplants or gardens that is a deterant to animals in general (cats dogs). Another idea is, as you said, she is bored. My suggestion is possibly make that area she is in all day "her area", a bed, some toys, a bowl of treats, etc, so she has other things to do all day, she will eventually forget about the plants.     Do you have a question?
